We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The location near the train station made it easy for us to explore the area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access. It is also just a short walk to the town center, where you can find restaurants and other facilities. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with great views from some of them. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast offers a variety of options, including cold meats, cheeses, breads, and fruit. the hotel features a superb pool with stunning views, as well as wellness facilities.
Some furniture in the rooms may be slightly damaged.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and overall we were very satisfied. the price was excellent for what we got, and the location was perfect for us. the hotel had a superb pool with stunning views of the mountains. We also enjoyed the wellness facilities and the friendly and helpful staff.
There were a few aspects that we didn't like. the bed in our room was very firm, which made it uncomfortable for us.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the stunning views of the Tatra Mountains from my room's windows. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the nearby lake and hiking trails. the buffet breakfast and dinner provided a good variety of food options.
One aspect that I didn't like was the communication barrier with the staff. The receptionists had limited English skills, which made it difficult to communicate effectively.
